    Fry them in a large pot with some olive oil (not to much cause of the grease of the pork meat), when the meat turn brown put it in a plate and after add finely chopped onion, celery and carrot, after 3 minutes add again the meat and after put two glasses of red win, be calm you will not get drunk because the alcool will evaporate, after that add almost a bottle of tomato sauce and a pinch of tomato paste, when it starts boiling add a little secret, a piece of dark chocolate, it will give a nice flavour to the sauce, add salt just as your taste, after that you just have to wait, more you wait more you will be delighted, i suggest you 5/6 hours. Passed these hours cook the pasta add the sauce and enjoy the meal.
