    Ingredients:
    •1–1.5 cups penne pasta
    •1 chicken breast/thigh (marinated or just salt + pepper)
    •1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
    •½ cup mixed veggies (beans, carrots, potatoes)
    •1 small onion (sliced)
    •2–3 garlic cloves (optional but recommended)
    •1–2 tbsp oil
    •Salt, pepper, chili flakes
