Used Blackstone cast iron pans in a 450• oven. Gave the dough a 5 minute head start before taking it out of the oven and built the pizza. 15 minutes, remove from oven let sit in pan for three minutes. Then remove and let sit for five minutes on a wire rack. Came out crispy and tasty.
