I’m happy with how it turned out but what I always struggle with is getting it out of the Lloyd pan. I tried about 1tsp of crisco all around the edges but I don’t think it helped much; It was still a struggle. The bottom is fine, never an issue. just the sides. Can you share a technique?

Lots of oil in the pan, and then with the edges we go around the whole thing with a thin metal spatula and that usually gets the cheese nice and unstuck
I made two tonight and i did the thick metal spatula, not advised. A thin one would have worked and I wish I had one.
Finishing tool from Home Depot. 10 bucks.
The guys in Detroit use something that looks like a paint scraper, but a nice sharp spatula down the sides to loosen everything up should do the job. Also seasoning the pan helps.
I parbake. Do you?
