My husband and I are spending alone time so we can have a date for an early birthday dinner. I am excited as we needed this and we are actually starting 2026 tackling one of our resolutions! He makes/get’s me coffee everyday, so of course we start the vlog in a coffee shop, local at that. Then we headed to the city to dine at Coletta, and italian vegan restaurant. We had very high expectations for this place as the owner also owns Willow, one of our favorite restaurant. In anycase, enjoy the vlog to see our experience, but keep in mind, I enjoyed my early birthday day out with my Hubby.
