




I fermented this dough for only two hours. 😅 I know, I know…but I was really craving pizza and forgot to plan ahead.
I even got a little frisky and made a stuffed crust with provolone ‘cause I ran out of mozzarella. The mozzarella is also is a cheap brand, but it’s the only thing I had.
They didn’t turn so bad even though I didn’t use a stone and made it with AP flour. Not the best flavor, but it did the job.
Cooked in a gas stove at 480F
Preheated for 40min
Par-baked for like 3min with the sauce only and then cooked for like 10min with the cheese.

500g flour
350 ml of water
10g instant yeast
20g of salt
A bit of olive oil
