




Tried a new flour (Graincraft Power HG) in place of King Arthur bread flour for my dough and it came out the best is ever has. Base was crisp, had great structure and I got the best browning I've got yet. The crust was light, airy with just the right amount of chew.
BBQ chicken had:
Sweet baby rays BBQ sauce
Mix of part skim and whole milk mozzarella
Dry brined and roasted spatchcock shredded chicken
Homemade pickled red onions
Bacon crumbles
Sausage, Pepperoni and basil is self explanatory 😅
Both cooked on Baking Steel Pro at 475-500°F for 9-10 minutes.
