
Sauce, mozz, goat cheese, shallots, oyster mushroom, prosciutto, pancetta, roma tomato, basil, balsamic glaze.
Ive been working on a dough recipe for months and this has been my favorite so far.
Feedback welcome. Normal oven with stone at 500f and then broiler for like 3 minutes.
