Yes grande really is worth the hype. Picked up my annual cheese order. Usually get Grande whole milk mozzarella but decided to try the blend this time. Hopefully I like it because I now have 30 lbs of it. I freeze the individual 5 lb bags and thaw as needed. $108 for the case or around $3.38 per pound which is a pretty good deal for high quality cheese.

Forgot to say I ordered it at my local GFS. Picked it up the next day.
Curious if you’ve done this before. I haven’t really frozen mozz before but would like to know how it comes out when thawed.
