So I made stroganoff over a bed of pasta. And it was clumping when I was eating it. Was this do to over cooking the fresh pasta or letting it sit to long while I finished the recipe? Photo for flair, pasta aside I nailed it!!

  1. Letting it sit too long. I usually make the sauce first or at the same time if possible. Still looks tasty though

    Well noodles will always clump. This might be an okay time to put a little oil on the noodles after pulling from the water. The sauce you made is gorgeous and thick enough that a little oil would not water it down too much. Or, save the pasta water. Before serving, add the pasta water back to the noodles to rehydrate. I like clumpy noodles though. Would smash
