All 17 inch out of my Avantco DPO-18-SA. 60% hydration w/ 5% whole wheat flour, 95% All Trumps Unbleached & Unbromated flour. 7/11 ground tomatoes w/ a bit of salt, pepper & oregano. Hand shredded Galbani Professionale whole milk mozz, Rosa Grande Cup & Crisp pepperoni.
