Hello fellow pizza enthousiasts.

We have a kitchen robot at home but it's not suitable for kneading dough. Since the machine is of age, me and the wife are looking to replace it anyway.

I know the best option would be a dedicated kneading machine for the best results, but the cost of one is more then i'd like to spend, since i'm only making pizza''s once a week/every other week.

My wife really likes to bake, so if we could buy a higher end kitchen robot that can knead, that would be the ideal solution, and willing to spend the cash on it.

We were eyeing the Kenwood Chef Titanium Patissier XL KWL90.004SI as a possible adequate machine but at €650, i wan't to be sure it can handle the dough.

Extra info: i love napolitan style pizza and be making mostly 4 pizza's (280gr balls) a time, but occasionally 6 balls if i have friends over (although i'm not afraid to make 2 batches).

Any of you have tried this of have other suggestions?

Honestly you’re probably fine kneading by hand.

A much better pizza investment (definitely for neopolitan) for 650 would be an ooni
