It was a little bit more of a process than I expected. Once you roll the dough as flat as you can, it has to sit and proof/dry out. I'm also not used to working with 50% hydration dough. I was satisfied with the first try😏

    Great pie. Highly recommend one with Italian sausage and giardiniera. Did you use the Serious eats recipe?
