




First time making Buffalo Chicken Pizza. Definitely not the last.
-Dough: 70% hydration (70% Tony G 00 flour, 20% whole wheat, 10% rye)
-Toppings: Frank's Red Hot/Extra Virgin Olive oil base, 50/50 Mozzarella/provolone, diced red onion, green onion, celery, buffalo coated chicken breast, cilantro, and some stripes of Frank's Red Hot and blue cheese dressing
-550⁰ convection bake for 6 minutes
