Went from a home oven to the chefman because it was affordable ($200) and I wanted to bake my pizza at higher temps my home oven just wasn’t reaching even after an hour of preheating under the broiler. My final verdict is this little oven kicks ass. It took some fine tuning but the difference between this and my home one was in the texture of the crust. Airy and soft crust that is crunchy and crispy at the same time. Bottom is uniformly heated and preheats in 1/4th the time of my home oven.

Also with some feedback I tried not precooking the sausage and I learned something… the sausage tastes delicious with no prebake, but I may like my sausage slightly burnt, or well done XD
