    It’s what we all grew up on here in Minnesota. Sure, in the past decade or so things have really expanded, but thin crust, heavy cheese over the toppings, and square cut is what we do best. Similar to those tavern pies a little south and to the east of us, but the crust isn’t nearly as cracker like. In my home we fight for the edge pieces. Sauce is heavy and powerful, usually a bit spicy and it has an extra cook on it to brown it up. But the cheese is heavy. Cause we need to keep our weight up to deal with the harsh conditions. Love it.
