In a mixer jar add ½ cup of Whole wheat flour and ½ cup of sooji and blend it. Now add activated yeast (activate it with 4 tbsp hot water, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp yeast) along with 1 tsp of salt and ⅓ cup of curd and make a soft dough of it. Knead it with 1 tbsp of cooking oil. Now apply some oil, cover and let it ferment for 1-2 hours.
To make toppings – Fry ½ cup of diced paneer with 1 tsp of turmeric, red chilly powder, garlic powder and salt. Add some sweet corn also.
After 2 hours check the dough and knead it again for 5 mins. Sprinkle some Maize flour in a plate in which you're going to bake the pizza. Spread the dough and prick it with the help of fork. Apply pizza sauce and add lots of mozzarella cheese followed by the toppings of your choice like diced onion, capsicum, tomatoes, paneer, corn etc. , some more cheese, chilly flakes and oregano.
Preheat the kadhai for 10 mins. Now place the plate into it and bake it for 25-30 mins on medium-high flame. Enjoy❣️
