I absolutely love Solamente. The owner is a local special ed teacher who is pizza obsessed and this pizzeria is his dream. In the interest of full transparency, when this pizzeria was facing closure last year my family came on board as an absolutely tiny part owner. Less than 10%. I have never made a dime from this partnership, it is highly unlikely I ever will. That certainly wasn’t the goal. I just want them to stay open. The Detroit style pizza is something they have been working on for months and finally have perfected it so that it’s available all the time. Solamente Pizza Las Vegas is on Sahara closer to Red Rock than it is the resort corridor. I realize not everyone will be able to check them out, but if you can you should, and follow me for all the Vegas. ❤️
