Interested to hear which brands of mozzarella my fellow Canucks are using on their pies.

I've had good results with both Galbani's and Armstrong's Pizza Mozzarellas.

However, I recently tried the Tre Stelle Mozzarella Ball and found the texture to be odd.. like a fake creaminess almost?

While you're here, drop your pepperoni recs as well… Venetian's is great!

    Black Diamond old white cheddar is all I’ve used for years, maybe it’s my home oven approach or some other factor, but my whole family prefers it to mozzarella now. 

    Piller’s cup and char is the best pepperoni I’ve found that’s available in regular grocery stores in Nova Scotia. My kids won’t eat any other brand now hahaha
