Had some leftover sausage stuffed mushrooms and also messed up weighing my dough forcing me to double the recipe. 1688g dough ball. It was meant to be.
Herbed butter, 1/4rd stuffed mushrooms, and mozzarella/sharp white cheddar mix. It surprisingly still tasted like stuffed mushrooms as opposed to just a pizza with sausage and mushrooms like you would assume.
