Can anyone recommend a good resources for taking a deep dive into NY style? A lot has changed/grown since I last really dug into researching pizza recipes & process, and back then I was focusing more on what I'd call Neo-Haven style. I'd really like to expand a bit now and would love to get a solid NY style dialed in. I know I can scour pizzamaking.com, but hoping someone might help save me time by directing me to one or two very thorough sources or threads.
