
Sorry for the bad crop, some of the kid chefs were in the picture originally.
French onion soup pizza was a thin layer of homemade beef broth reduction with a lot of butter and some partially caramelized onion it didn't get as brown as I would have liked. I was pressed for time. The reduction never got as viscous as I was aiming for either, but at least the dough didn't get soggy. Lots of gryuere cheese and some mozzarella.
Gyro meat was pre-cut and pre-cooked, I browned it in a wok before adding. I was hoping to have Tzatziki sauce for the sauce but alas found too late I had none. I also had no regular pizza sauce so just used olive oil, more of a flatbread I guess. Added red onions and oregano.
Both cooked for about 7 minutes at 550 with convection.
Both were decent for pizzas I made, the gyro one didn't taste like a gyro though.
