Hi everyone, I just snagged an ooni koda 12 in great condition from Facebook marketplace for $100. I’ve been making pizzas for my family every week since, and am thinking of starting pizza party Friday. We’re Catholic so no meat on Fridays, so any fun vegetarian pizza suggestions would be appreciated! So far I’ve done a white pizza, a potato pizza, and a Margherita pizza.

Vegetarian here, one of my favorites to make is The Rosa (inspired by Chris Bianco/Pizzeria Bianco) red onion, olive oil, pistachio, garlic, parmesan. Otherwise I honestly just love a good simple cheese pizza or a veggie pizza with bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, etc.
Not to start a debate, but: traditional catholic, so “no warm blooded animals” (beef, pork, poultry) but fish, shellfish, etc. are all fine, or modern catholic, so just “no murder on Friday”? Because lox or calamari are obviously amazing on pizza.
Edit: I see some folks don’t know how Friday works in catholic tradition. This is a real question thanks to several hundred years of European religious history.
What’s the topping on the third Pizza? Looks great 😊
Butternut squash+artichokes with balsamic glaze.
Mapo dofu pizza (sans the mince pork of course).
Wild mushrooms pizza with white sauce.
gochujang in tomato sauce + sub miso for salt is a great way to add an asian umami twist to your pies
