  2. The hope of ice into saffron was that its a controlled amount of water. Saffron being so expensive, add too much water and you just ruined it. The problem is that to get saffron to bloom the water needs to be hot 😅.

  3. As a Persian, listen to me: bloom your saffron is hot, not boiling, water. It produces a brighter color and stronger aroma.

  5. I think this recipe was amazing, I’m just not sure about the zucchini? I love zucchini, but with the prawns, I think it would’ve been better to put a fresh green on the side instead of incorporating it with the pasta. But I get it. It adds a pop of flavor. Nevertheless, I’m sure it was good.😊❤
