Attempt 3 at making pizza

And I finally got the sauce perfect. This pizza actually is either on par or beats my favorite pizza place.

My wife makes sour dough bread, so we made a sour dough crust, and I found a recipe for New York pizza sauce with some peeled canned tomatoes.

Adjusted a few things and it came out amazing for me.

I’m always an extra sauce guy and I love it when the crust is super thin in the middle.
