Hey there!

I’ve been making a series of homemade pizzas and experimenting with toppings and I’m loving ittt. I'm sharing it here. It takes around 4 hours total (no overnight proofing), and the crust comes out bubbly and puffy even without a traditional pizza oven.

Here's my dough recipe. You'll need the following for a medium size pizza (like in the pics):

Ingredients:

• 125g flour

• 125ml lukewarm water

• 1/2 tsp yeast

• 1/2 tsp salt

• 1/2 tsp sugar

• 1/2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

1. Add the sugar, olive oil, and yeast to the lukewarm water. Let it sit for 1–2 minutes.

2. Mix that into the flour using a spatula. You’ll get a slightly sticky dough (the lighter the better 😉).

3. Let it rise until it doubles in size.

4. Using a spatula, bring the dough toward the center to form it back into a ball( you can repeat this step as many times as you want but I usually do it 2–3 times)

5. Add whatever toppings you like (be creative, I'm trying Surimi today!)

Since I don’t have a traditional pizza oven, I try to simulate one to the max:

I preheat my oven to the maximum temperature and place the oven tray on the very top rack level. Bake for about 7 minutes (sometimes less).

You’ll get a nice, puffy pizza with the crust.

Hope you enjoy it.☺️
