This might be my smartest lazy pizza yet 👀🍕

I kept seeing this triangle pizza hack with sausages everywhere and got curious… so I tried it with the string cheese sitting in my fridge 🤭 In Korea we love cheese-stuffed crust pizza, so this felt like the perfect little shortcut to that same cheesy crust at home.

I ended up making this for breakfast the other day and went with a pesto version — egg, tomatoes, extra mozzarella, and fresh basil — and it came out SO good. Crispy outside, melty cheese crust, and that jammy yolk in the middle… honestly couldn’t stop eating it.

What I love most is how easy and flexible this is. You can switch up the sauce, toppings, or make it more breakfast / snack / late-night style depending on your mood.

⚪️ Easy Tortilla Cheese-Crust Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients
1 large flour tortilla
3 mozzarella string cheese sticks
1–2 tbsp pesto
1 egg
Shredded mozzarella
3–4 cherry tomatoes, halved
Optional: egg wash, sesame seeds, fresh basil

Instructions
1. Place 3 string cheese sticks along tortilla edges in a triangle.

2. Fold sides inward, rolling over cheese to form a stuffed crust triangle. Secure with toothpicks.

3. Spread pesto in center. Add shredded mozzarella, crack egg, add tomatoes.
Optional: brush crust with egg wash + sesame seeds.

4. Air fry at 380°F (193°C) for 10–12 min until golden and egg is cooked to your liking.

5. Remove toothpicks, finish with basil, eat warm 🤍
