So, I made Kenjis pan pizza dough last night and let it do it's thing overnight… and then realized I followed the recipe as it's posted which makes two smaller dough balls and didn't recalculate based on my single 12" cast iron.

So I now I'm going to have three dough balls that are all about 1/3 too big.

Will I do any harm by just taking 1/3 off of each and ending up with four balls the size I want rather than three that are too big?

I'm just not sure since they've all proofed separately if there is any rule in breaking or if there is a different solution I haven't thought of.
