You include failures as a real chef to not being perfect but still professional in way that makes your restaurant stand out being top class and fun to watch!❤
i’m always genuinely a bit surprised to hear actual chefs talk about how innovative a certain restaurant is for making actual nice food instead of foams and gels or whatever. like is that really a strange outlook now?
Noooo, you used that henderson stuff. Absolutely nothing like Worcester sauce not even close. If you look at Henderson next to Worcester sauce, Worcester sauce has more residue and a more opaque brown colour as opposed to the watery black colour of Henderson. It also moves differently and cooks totally different too.
If you read the ingredients the Henderson is actually watered down and also contains fewer ingredients.
Most importantly if you taste it Henderson pretty much tastes like a watered down salty vinegar and Worcester sauce tastes more complex spicy with a zingy refreshing end as the lemon cuts through the flavours

I want yo make this, but won’t find Marmite. What can I substitute?
I can recommend baking a bread with bear and get that A level bread. Go wild!
I wanna see my man destroy on a line or something one day. I like these videos but I wanna see him putting in some work or something

Can’t
Have a rest…… Stop pissing about with cheese on toast.
Love Welsh rarebit 🥰
yes man, good on ya for the Hendo's
You missed the nutmeg in the cheese sauce my guy
So I can at least cook one thing better than you guys.
That delivery of “reverse cartouche” is begging to be an alert tone 😂

match "made in heaven" you say
✅ butter
✅ cartouche (reverse)
That some complex cheese on toast 😂 what's the price?
toast is quite literally the most annoying thing to make, it takes like two seconds to go from perfectly done to charcoal
Does anyone want to do a step count?
Yeah, the Marmite is quite an acquired taste. Works in Britain, but not many other places 😂
I'd rather have a proper cheese on toast i reckon
I like that toast look. Burnt is solid charcoal. 😂
Add some macaroni 😋 forget the bread! 😂
How was the side made? Marmite, butter and Dijon?
Why did the burnt toast reaction genuinely scare me 😬
St. John was one of the best dining experiences I've had and I just went for a rather casual lunch. No reservation, no fanciness, just unreal food

No cartouche?
