

Bought this pasta shape from the market and wasn’t sure what sauce to do. Some recommendations online but wanted to do my own.
Sauce is homemade with a base of olive oil, garlic, anchovy. Some diced red onion thrown in and a good amount of Calabrian peppers in oil. Wanted a spicy tomato sauce.
Fried some zucchini on the side and tossed those in at the end. Along with canned mackerel and basil.
Topped with good quality California olive oil and pecorino romano
I know this isn’t authentic but I felt the execution was there
