π Pizza Calzone (Air Fryer Recipe)
π₯£ Dough Ingredients:
* 1 cup Maida
* 1 tsp Oil
* 1 tsp Dry Yeast
* 1 tsp Granulated Sugar
* 1 tsp Salt
* Milk (for kneading)
π©π»βπ³ Step-by-Step Method:
1οΈβ£ In a bowl, mix maida, oil, yeast, sugar & salt.
2οΈβ£ Knead into a soft dough using milk.
3οΈβ£ Cover & let it rest for 30β45 mins (until slightly fluffy).
4οΈβ£ Roll into a slightly thick roti.
5οΈβ£ Make a cut and divide into 2 halves.
π§ Filling Time:
* Spread mayonnaise + pizza sauce and mix evenly.
* Add sliced onion, capsicum & yellow bell pepper.
* Add paneer (coated with salt & red chilli powder).
* Add generous mozzarella cheese.
* Sprinkle oregano & chilli flakes.
π₯ Shaping & Air Frying:
6οΈβ£ Fold and seal properly to form a calzone.
7οΈβ£ Brush ghee/butter on air fryer paper & on top of calzone.
8οΈβ£ Air fry at 185Β°C for 10β15 mins
