🍕 Pizza Calzone (Air Fryer Recipe)
🥣 Dough Ingredients:
* 1 cup Maida
* 1 tsp Oil
* 1 tsp Dry Yeast
* 1 tsp Granulated Sugar
* 1 tsp Salt
* Milk (for kneading)
👩🏻🍳 Step-by-Step Method:
1️⃣ In a bowl, mix maida, oil, yeast, sugar & salt.
2️⃣ Knead into a soft dough using milk.
3️⃣ Cover & let it rest for 30–45 mins (until slightly fluffy).
4️⃣ Roll into a slightly thick roti.
5️⃣ Make a cut and divide into 2 halves.
🧀 Filling Time:
* Spread mayonnaise + pizza sauce and mix evenly.
* Add sliced onion, capsicum & yellow bell pepper.
* Add paneer (coated with salt & red chilli powder).
* Add generous mozzarella cheese.
* Sprinkle oregano & chilli flakes.
🔥 Shaping & Air Frying:
6️⃣ Fold and seal properly to form a calzone.
7️⃣ Brush ghee/butter on air fryer paper & on top of calzone.
8️⃣ Air fry at 185°C for 10–15 mins
