I want to marry this man!
👏👏👏👏❤
I LOVE artichokes!!! I rarely see them with such long stems, and yes, I know about artichoke stems. I usually microwave mine.
Looks delicious
This brings me back to my childhood. We always ate artichokes at grandma's house. Yum
I wonder if any guy named Artie ever choked on an artichoke.
Yummy 🍲 😋 Yummy 🍲 😋
Yum yum, I had no idea how long the stems were, or that they would be edible too, can’t wait to try this 😋
I was a Jewish girl from Queens who married a Sicilian boy from Brooklyn. I've eaten my weight in stuffed artichokes! You unlocked a delicious sense memory. 😋
Yes please 😂
Looks delicious! Nicely done, chef!
Thus looks delicious! I've never had artichokes anyway but steamed!
I love it when a man is comfortable in the kitchen and demonstrates his cooking skills. Bravo…👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻Looks yummy.😋
Delicious ❤❤
I've never seen artichokes with stems attached. I must have been shopping at the wrong stores, my whole life!
Subscribed my mom's best friend made these when I was young. Ty for bringing that memory back.
made that look so easy….and delicious!
🫑U are fabulous, Sir 🧄 thank U tremendously for Ur valuable knowledge about artichokes 😊 U said it all & now I want to grow some 🥑 Cheers EDIT: BTW, I Subscribed 🎉
I love the stems ❣️❣️❣️
I’m not Italian, but I love these artichokes. I saw an Italian lady on TV make them like this and they are so so so delicious. I also like them when you boil them in lemon water and salt and no stuffing. They are pricey, but they’re worth it.👏🏽👏🏽
Very good video 👍 I appreciate the little details like how to properly remove the choke and then the fuzzy bits. Thanks for sharing 😊
My Italian Step Aunt (I’m not Italian) loved to cook. When I was 10 years old she made baked- stuffed artichokes. She stuffed them with Italian bread crumbs. She had me dip it in something but I don’t remember what. That was 52 years ago and I can still remember that dish. I have wanted it since but I’ve never made artichokes. I wish I had her recipe. So good. But I’m going to try this. Thank you.
I can’t find your sub-stack for this recipe. In your bio.
