This is a topping copy of the Honey Pie pizza from Clarksville in Philly, but on a Detroit Style dough. I use a mandolin to get the red onions and brussel sprouts shaved super thin. Goes great with a ranch if you're a dipper.

Lloyd's DSP pan

– 345g bread flour

– 5g instant yeast

– 10g salt

– 253g water

– white sauce

– whole milk mozz

– ultra thin red onions

– thin brussel sprouts

– bacon

– 4hr rise at room temp

– bake at 550ยฐF for 10-12min

– hot honey drizzle
