



Super fun way to show some love!
Normal dough:
1.5 egg per 100g flour
Red dough:
1 egg per 50g beet powder 75g flour
– Roll each section out to the lowest setting on your pasta machine, or about .5 inches if by hand
– cut into .5 inch strips that you can align alternating colors
**my biggest tip here is keep your work station flour free, you need the moisture in the dough to stick
It all together, I messed this up and had to throw away a few attempts***
– give your lattice pattern a light rolling pin once over to combine
– go through the rest of your pasta making process
