
No knead overnight dough. Simple sauce made from canned whole Italian tomatoes, pureed with a bit of salt, oregano and olive oil. Fresh basil and shredded mozzarella. Normally I’d use San Marzano tomatoes and fresh mozzarella but I used what I had on hand.
Baked on a 500F preheated pizza steel for 4 minutes, then broiled for another minute.
