Viral Steamed Chicken Sandwich 🔥

A healthy and tasty viral steamed chicken sandwich made with steamed chicken, eggs, chili, garlic, and creamy cheese spread. Very easy and perfect for breakfast or snack.

Ingredients
Chicken – small pieces
Salt – as needed
Pepper – as needed
Eggs – 2
Dry red chilies – 3 (use more if Kashmiri chili)
Garlic cloves – 3 to 4
Cheese – triangle cheese or any cheese
Milk – as needed
Oregano – a little
Carrot – finely chopped
Capsicum / bell pepper – finely chopped
Onion – finely chopped
Bread / chapati / tortilla – as needed
Butter or oil – for frying

Method
Take an idli maker or steamer.
Add chicken pieces with salt and pepper in one mould.
In another mould, add 2 whole eggs.
In another mould, add dry red chilies and garlic cloves.
Steam everything for 10–15 minutes.
Peel the steamed eggs and add them to a mixer jar.
Add steamed chilies, garlic, cheese, milk, salt, and a little oregano.
Grind to a smooth, mayonnaise-like paste.
Mince the steamed chicken.
Add carrot, capsicum, onion, chicken, and the prepared paste.
Add salt and pepper. Mix well.
Take bread and spread the filling. Close the sandwich.
Shallow fry on a pan or sandwich maker until golden.
