

Been using premade Publix dough to keep one of my variables as controlled as it can be. Making my own sauce with Mutti Crushed and doing a mixture of fresh mozzarella and low moisture. All made on a pizza screen, moving at different levels in home oven throughout the cook. Happy with it so far but I've definitely had a dozen of not so good ones so far, but I've learned something from each one.
