    – 200g/7 oz potato gnocchi
    – 200g/7 oz ricotta cheese
    – 250g/9 oz mushrooms
    – A pinch of salt
    – A pinch of black pepper
    – A splash of white wine

    Cook the mushrooms in a pan, deglaze with white wine, add ricotta, season with salt and pepper, then toss in the gnocchi. Done.
