    Recipe: (~45 min)
    – Heat pan with low temperature to render the oil out of smoked duck breast 
    – Cut fresh tomatoes in half
    – Place them flat side in the pan 
    – Cook them in the pan with smoked duck breast, salt, and pepper
    – Squash the tomatoes content out when they become soft
    – Add butter (optional) to the tomato content to thicken and finish the sauce 
    – Boil linguini in a pot for about 10 minutes
    – Reserve a small amount of pasta water
    – Transfer cooked linguini to the sauce 
    – Stir fry the linguini with a touch of extra virgin olive oil for about 2 minutes
    – Plate and serve!
