Baked in my Ooni Koda 16.

Made this batch last week. This ball had been in the freezer for a week or so. Put it in the fridge two days ago, and then on the counter for about 3 hours today.

60% hydration with 85% 00 / 15% bread flour mix. Brushed the crust with olive oil before launching. Oven was at 850ยฐ but turned the flame as low as I could before launching.

This was the best bake I've had out of this batch.
