    It’s very very healthy to have an egg in the morning every day. The best food for us and that’s why They tried to keep it from us.
    Buy brown eggs. All eggs are brown. If they are white, then they were bleached and sanitized and the shells have thinned. Thus, allowing bacteria to get in.
    Just buy brown eggs.

    Love her!! Not Italian but tried the egg coffee- can anyone help me know what I might’ve done wrong? My egg was a little scrambled and definitely did not blend in the coffee. Do you have to use that type of coffee? Maybe that was it?
