Buy brown eggs. All eggs are brown. If they are white, then they were bleached and sanitized and the shells have thinned. Thus, allowing bacteria to get in.

So does the hot coffee cook the raw egg so it’s safe??
We drink chai with Rusk which is basically a dried crunchy toast or cake.
