guy's great cook but he should cut down on philosophy
what the holy hell holistic horseshit it this??? No garlic in authentic bolognese.. an entire bottle of wine????? how will you taste anything else?? passata with hand crushed San Marzano tomatoes added. I feel like Liam Neeson has a specific set of cooking skills being shared…
Cooking your bolognaise for tonight? How childish.
Thank you good sir. I am working my beef this morning.
His voice is husky after all those hours of giving great parenting advice and speaking at Reform party events. But it's his choice.
It was mesmerizing…
…jokes aside, he gave useful advices for a much better ragu. Will apply it!
Why does he insist on wearing underpants on his head? Surely there are food hygiene regulations.
I came here to learn how to make real pasta bolognese but I left with a master's degree in philosophy

"We live in a world of refinement, not invention."
I don't know if he made that up or if it's a known saying, but that's the most profound statement I've heard in a long time!
Whats this guys issue with moving the pan
The amount of wine in this reminds me of my daughter dipping her blueberries in hummus. This is basically a burger broken up in to your glass of wine.
Oh boy, Ragu Bolognaise 2.0 by Marco Pierre White just dropped. Sensational.
Is this the famous British comedy I always hear talking about?
Since youtube is a worldwide platform, if anyone is interested in the ragu alla Bolognese (not bolonaise) look up for the original italian version
He still beautiful and
Top man…..❤
My shakespear of chefs…..❤
That's how I make it, except that I don't oven bake it.
Love your advice ❤
"It was the pans choice not to move"
Shut up and cook the damn sauce
Legend has it he is still standing there staring down the camera man.
It's bolognese not stupid bolognaise. It's Italian not french

No salt or pepper?
This is not classic Bolognese.
No cream?

Mother nature is the true artist,
And they're just the cook
Hmm… Well isn't seasoning flavor? And u don't have it at the beginning…
This dude is certifiably insane… But yet, brilliant
That's not good…its perfect 🤣🤣🤣
But let's not forget…
First time watching. I usually cook the meat first, add the vegetables and spices (bell peppers, onions, green onions, carrots, garlic and ginger). Then proceed to add the sauces. Random spiced and herb tomato sauce with tomato soup and hot sauce. This shit is next level spaghetti sauce 🤣🤣
OMG This is not how italians make Sauce…. Jesus Christ…. This guy would be taken out the back of the resturant and shot in Sicilly…. OMG what a Disgrace…. YOU DONOT ADD Carrots And Celery , My God….And You dont cook the mince ,you add it into the sauce raw and cook it for about an hour., Hour an a half ….. and theres no wine needed or added …. Jesus Christ …, Dude you know F All about makng Sauce…
Well done bro….beef

Where's the Knorr Stock Pot?
Why are we doing 2 sets of mince?
Oh my god, Its just bolognaise mate! I question why im watching this!
He might be the most captivating person on the planet and I'm honestly not exaggerating. His vibe, his style of speaking, his mannerisms, his self-confidence, obviously his knowledge too. Imagine how interesting the world would be if it was full of Marcos instead of the mouth-breathing, brain-dead drones we've been turned into.
He's like the Yoda of cuisine and I genuinely mean that as the biggest of compliments 😂
