    First and second course on the same plate are a no-no in italian cuisine.

    The risotto recipe looks kinda soulless, without a central ingredient that would make it a worthy first course. It looks like it is only a side dish to the salmon, but then again risotto is not a side, it is a first course.

    The rice looks creamy and well cooked, but overall this cannot be called italian food (rules 1 and 3)
