Not bad having been made in a half sheet pan! Took a little work to get it to the right size but it came out nice and thin. I'm surprised it didn't tear but it held up nicely.

Most of my family members said it was better than regular pizza crust, but in my opinion it's just a nice and equal alternative every once in a while.

The two times I made it I did have to poke it halfway through because the top layer has always inflated like a balloon, but a small poke with a knife always fixed it.
