Long time pizza maker / lover. first time poster. I worked in a pizza shop all throughout college and just got back into it.
i hosted and served 10 pies for the super bowl. had some leftover dough and made this for lunch yesterday.
- 16 inch pizza
- sclafani crushed tomatoes
- self shredded low moisture mozz
- king arthur organic bread flour
- baked at 550 on a steel
