ITALIAN STROMBOLI
1 tube pizza crust
8 slices deli ham
10 slices Genoa salami
12 slices sandwich pepperoni
8 oz mozzarella
4 Tbsp butter, melted
1 1/2 TBSP minced garlic
2 tsp Italian seasoning
3 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
(Optional: marinara for dipping)
➡️Preheat oven to 375.
➡️Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
➡️Roll out the dough onto baking sheet.
➡️Make the garlic butter:
Mix melted butter, garlic, italian, and Parmesan together.
➡️ Brush a little butter mixture onto dough.
➡️Layer the fillings (leave 1 inch around the edges):
-provolone or mozzarella,
ham, salami, pepperoni, cheese.
➡️Roll it up, pinch the seam and ends closed and place seam-side down.
➡️Cut 6–8 shallow slits across the top so steam can escape.
➡️Brush half the garlic butter over the stromboli.
➡️Bake 22–28 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.
➡️Brush with the remaining garlic butter.
Rest 5–10 minutes before slicing. Serve with marinara or ranch for dipping. 🍽❤️🍽
