If all that seasoned meat NEEDS discarding then he’s cooking some crap brisket! I eat this regularly and he’s tossing all the best bits away – why bother to season it at all, there’s literally nothing left of it – even the ends of the slices are being binned! Recycled for what?? Here’s an idea, get a decent cut of meat to start with!

I know you made a video of him explaining all of those waste of going to be repuprosed, shampoo etc… but this here is a real waste. There is a lot of lean meat along with acceptable amount of fat being trown away.
