200 g sugar (1 cup / 7 oz)
80 ml sunflower oil (⅓ cup / 2.7 fl oz)
120 ml milk (½ cup / 4 fl oz)
280 g flour (2 cups / 9.8 oz)
10 g baking powder (1 tbsp / 0.35 oz)
Lemon zest
Juice of 1 lemon
Cream (custard filling):
50 g sugar (¼ cup / 1.8 oz)
20 g cornstarch (1 tbsp / 0.7 oz)
1 egg
240 ml milk (1 cup / 8 fl oz)
Extra:
1 apple (sweet-tart)
Powdered sugar for dusting
