Chocolate cake or cheesecake?💕

Looks so delicious.
The Hen girls have a good home with Emmy! This dessert can be produced , using heavy whipped cream, easily for potluck gatherings or progressive dinner parties! Thank you Emmy !
Yummm…. Thanks for sharing! I can’t wait to make this for the next family gathering!
Why on earth would you spoil a cake with oil and sugars (Cool Whip)? Just use real cream. You've been whipping all the time already, so why not those few minutes more? I guarantee it will taste much better!
I doubt any self-respecting Italian would ever make a cake with so much chemistry in it. But it looks nice and I bet it can be recreated properly. /if you see this comment twice, I'm sorry, it's youtube/
Isn’t this similar to chocoflan?
Made the cake and took it to church. It was a big hit! I had to look all over town for a gluten free chocolate cake mix, but I found one. There were a lot of desserts, so now I have cake for me for the week! One thing I will say, I think the parchment was unnecessary, just contributed to the mess.
You ate raw eggs???!!! I would vomit! Ugh! Brave girl!
In winter it’s best to up the protein for chickens, helps them stay warm. Try dried bugs.
I used to make cheesecake brownies, and it would switch layers while baking too. I would make brownie mix, put it in the pan and add chocolate chip cheesecake batter on top. But after it baked the brownies would always be on top and the cheesecake mixture at the bottom. They were so good!
I cannot find sachets of pudding mix in ireland in store. Does anyone know of a brand that I can get here, or even a substitute I could use. Cause a lot of quick, tasty recipes call for sachets of it, and I feel I’m missing out. 😂😂
If you didn't know, Tiramisu is italian dessert. This was probably given the "italian" name because of the chocolate combined with espresso and creamy chocolate topping.
That food processor is identical to the one I inherited from my mother’s godmother about 24 years ago. The booklet shows that it’s from 1984. A piece from the lid broke and I paid $30 for a replacement on eBay. It just arrived this morning. So crazy that you found that processor for $8. Hurts my heart that I had to pay so much just for the lid. Still cheaper than a new one. Mine went from my mother’s godmother to my grandmother to me. They are both passed away. I plan to keep it until gives out on me.
Whoa that is the smoothest ricotta I've ever seen in my life
That looks so yummy❤
Emmy, I finally just started using my the largest bowls for almost everything because I got tired of realizing halfway through making things that I needed a bigger bowl. I pick the bowl I think I need and go up a size or two.I have a similar Cuisineart food processor that I bought on Craigslist for $20 but my biggest score was my KitchenAide stand mixer that I bought for $5 at a thrift store because it needed a new cord.
This cake is just lovely looking even with the homely first slice.
Like a variation on a snowball cake. Just swap the ricotta for cream cheese and swap the chocolate pudding for vanilla
Do those clips go in the oven?
You haven't aged a day. I come back after 10 years, I was here when you had your first born, and guess what this corner in my life remains the same. Love ya Emmy. Miss the Japanese candy reviews. Those were fun dude. Guess what, I recently found out about Tardigrades. Microscopic bugs that crawl on moss. It might look weird me talking about bugs without context, but I was reminded of the time you were growing moss while in Japan. Year about tardigrades… here, just a sneak peak:
Strictly factual:
* Survives the vacuum of space
* Survives temperatures from near absolute zero (−273°C) up to ~150°C
* Withstands pressures greater than the deepest ocean trenches ~6000 atmosphere.
* Endures intense ionizing radiation by shielding its DNA with a specialized protein
* Survives complete desiccation by pausing metabolism to almost zero
* While desiccated, it does not age
Defense mechanism: • It curls into a hardened barrel-like structure called a “tun”, effectively shutting down life processes until conditions improve.
Biology bonus:
* Some species reproduce sexually
* Some reproduce asexually
* Some can do both 😏
Why do you need a Big carving knife to cut a soft cake, especially when you have & use a pie server right there on the counter?!
Using Lemon Cake mix and Lemon pudding would be delicious!
I feel the same way about my Cuisinart hand mixer, lol
