Boil water in a pan, add salt, then cook the pasta until soft. Drain and keep aside. Heat oil or butter in another pan, add chopped garlic and sauté lightly. Add vegetables of your choice and cook for a few minutes. Now add pasta sauce, salt, black pepper, chili flakes, and mixed herbs. Mix well and let it cook for 2–3 minutes.
